Aquaman sooner or later.

I believe Marvel Boy can pull off as many illusion as he want, but I don't remember him carrying any weapons, his teammates always do the dirty work.

Doesn't he have Quantum Bands that allow him to make blasts of light and manipulate gravity?

Mavel Boy for the overwhelming majority.

And yes, he does have the Quantum Bands (solid light blasts, energy blasts (entire EM spectrum), energy absorption (entire EM spectrum), "Quantum Jumping" (tping), solid light energy constructs, flight).

I gonna have to go with the uranian on this one.
