Dick did better against Slade as Batman than Bruce. My logic if flawless.

Grayson could win round 1 imo. Because he knows Bruce's methods very well and has the skill to take the fight to him. But Bruce will make him fight very hard to win.

Round 2, points towards Bruce but Grayson puts up a better fight then some will admit and can take 3-4 wins here.

Anyway. Bruce for the majority in both. The better fighter, the better man. And no one knows Bruce methods, not even Bruce and he will see through everything Dick throws at him.

The only chance Dick has is, if you downgrad Bruce with Supermans powers.

Grayson does know Bruce's methods vary well in fact. He's work with him for almost two decades. It's true, sure Bruce can see whats coming because he taut him everything he knows. But that also tells you that a lot of, if not all of the skills Bats has, Dick has as well. Grayson's run as Batman was impressive; he took on all of Batman's old enemies plus new ones.

He's pretty much had to deal with what Bruce has and has defeated foes who have given Bruce himself a challenge as Nightwing.

Grayson steamrolls.
