Ok I'll admit I'm sort of confused. She was nerfed, is she back up to her Classic level of power? If not, Ullik wtfstomps her.

Ulik is a very low class 100 being. Current WW is stronger (although not as strong as classic levels), faster and more skilled.

She stomps 10/10

Note: I did some research and she is not depowered. She decided to give up the WW persona and go back to Agent Diana Prince and wear the same uniform she wore when she was depowered many years ago.
But she isn't depowered as far as I could find.
