What can Hammond do?

Aquaman. Mindrape.

I don't think Jim can evaporate enough water to keep Aquaman out of the fight, Arthur would probably get him by surprise with a trident throw.

He replaced Storm, right?

Hammond was resurrected a while ago, but he almost never show his face aside from a few books in Captain America and some Invaders minis.

Not in the F4 or FF as I know, but I've been behind.

I think he was revived after an arc in Captain America a while ago during the Dark Reign stuff.
