If this is a battle of wills, then I think Void loses. Sentry/Void seemed to be all over the place mentally. I'm giving this to the Cyborg.

Void plucks out his power node but not before Hank throws a helicarrier on him

Void rules the Astral Plane more powerfully than the physical. Combined might of Emma and Xavier were terrified of an imprint of the Void.

Void hacks the Matrix and makes it a void. Henshaw gets disassembled.

Void alone could take all the helicarriers you can throw at him. All it did in Siege was bring forth the Sentry persona. And Cyclops captured an imprint of the Void separated from its powersource in his mental black box.

The OP doesn't state which one. Most people don't understand what the Sentry was anyway, hence the rule. So I cover both. Void would do more damage to the Matrix than Agent Smith could do. Void is an idea personified backed up with a near infinite power-source. A God killer who existed just fine no matter which environment it existed in.
