Orion 5-6/10- Flash is faster but Orion can take more damage and dish more out, he is fast enough to tag Flash once or two times and then it's game over.

We've seen the Mother Box enhancing IM's tech catch Wally West in JLA/Avengers. We've seen the MB track down and catch speedsters.

Plus, Orion has chased Miracle, while using the Black Racers skis. Orion is no slow poke.

mb is a plot device. if used as it typically is it won't let him catch barry. i doubt barry ko's him before orion takes to the air though so it could be a stalemate. if orion tries to fight h2h or gets in close barry would beat him i think.
