The new uniform/body armor he wears in the heroic age. It has build-in technology (energy shield and holographic map layout). Steve also carries flash bang granges and other explosives in his utility belt. Along with other mission ready equipment.

ahh didn't know the nades were standard, thanks.

I think Steve takes it. Kraven IMO is better. Kraven had a tough time with panther and Steve > Panther.

I'm leading towards Steve. Although I feel Kraven may be more adapt in this environment.
