Galctus has decided to expand and move on to the DC Universe. Before he begins he decided that he needs a new universe will require a new herald. After doing his research he narrows the list aof canadidates down to four prospects Doomsday, Darkseid, Superboy Prime, and Lobo. Who does he choose and why?
