Genocide. Too fast and too strong.

I'd say Genocide too. 'Port in means no real good chance for a penance stare.

Not sure how Genocide could put down the Rider w/o the lasso.

Wasn't the lasso kinda her gear towards the end?

It was toward the middle. After Genocide beat Diana, she stole the lasso and had it infused into her body. Diana eventually encountered Genocide again and violently and forcibly tore the lasso out from Genocide's body prior to her ultimately beating her.

So, it depends on whether or not Genocide has the lasso on (or rather in) her person.

Yeah, giving Genocide her speed, teleportation, and lasso gives her the win, IMO. Too much for Gr.
