I had a question on Seigen after he killed Ushimata. I'm aware that Seigen stabbed his right foot to use his technique on Ushimata and it left him crippled on that side however his left foot is still good. Seigen was known for having amazing agility. Would he still be able to use his high agility if he strengthened his left leg?
