Superman, Silver Surfer, Wonder Woman, Thor, Hal Jordan, Hulk, and Martian Manhunter

Superman removes Cluggernaut's help at Thor's instruction and MM mind rapes him. Surfer, Hal, and ww contend with Kuurth. But likely team binds him using the lasso or Thor and Surfer team up to cut off Serpent's enchant. Team 10/10

It's all well and good being "invulnerable", but that doesn't mean crap against this team. Telepathy was already shown to be ineffective agaisnt Juggernaut empowered by both Cyttorak and Kuurth

Team's two collective strength absolutely craps on team one's.

Gonna go with team 2 as well, for the reasons the others have stated. Ton of versatility and power there.
