Is this the Infinity War Goddess?

Not sure Rama Kushna has any feats, but she's implied to be way up there in the cosmic hierarchy.

Rama doesn't have much feats at all. She does have a dimension which contains planets iirc, and is always looked upon as being a universal deity. However she has 1 very low showing were she got killed by a street level character in her own place of power, though to be fair she later resurrected herself....somehow, which is weird considering that the writer even confirmed that she's done. Though i think it's established that she is a universal being given that she actually balances good and evil (which comes in statements more than showings) but generally, all she does is appear to DM and gives him some advice, and that's about it.

in the new 52 she has improved, she was - along with the son of morning (lucifer's brother) - stated to be one of the most powerful forces of creation, comprehended the innumerable dimensions, she also later managed to warp reality with a gesture. So i hope we'll see more of her later on.

Going by feats though, we don't have much, so the goddess (assuming that she is amped at her peak) should win, going by statements/implications, it could go either way.
