Maybe he wants us to consider Rulk if he used all his powers, which he didn't against Worthy Thing

I think it was MODOK that said if Rulk used his energy absorption powers he could have pulled out a win vs Worthy Thing.

Rulk absorbs Cyttorrak and beats them both silly.
