Cole McGrath of InFamous fame runs a guantlet. This is Cole in the Evil ending of InFamous 2 with the powers of the Beast with his good powers as well. The fight takes place in Empire city.

1. Raiden(MK)
2. Albert Wesker
3. Lightning(FF)
4. master Chief standard weapons
5. Alex Mercer
6. TP Link with all his equipment
7. Akuma
8. Kratos(all his equipment execept the gorgon's head)

What could he do again?

Base:
can control lightning and electric sources and absorb them to heal hims self
-can create electric sticky generades and missiles that can blow up cars and armor vechiles
-can create a shield to block bullets
-created a ionic tornado that ravage heavy vechels
-sommon a lightning bolt from the sky
-leviatate objects and launch them
-teleport?
-create blades
-Can launch missile guided attacks
Ice:
can now freeze people with ice balls
-can launch hims high in the air
-can freeze an entire city block with ease

Fire:
-can glide and explode with flight
-can do a mass energy drain(again city block level)
-Fire missiles

Beast:
-generate completely from a nuclear missile
-can city bust with ease
-laid wasted east U.S coast all in the while destroying the army
- Has telekinesis
-can change size.

✖ They have no weapons or moves close to whats needed to win.
- Might have the moves or surviveability to stalemate.
✔ Can most likely pull of a win.. somehow.

Akuma, Kratos, and Lightning all have the tools to definitely beat him.

Depends on which version of Raiden you're using.

I'm not sure about Link (not a Zelda fan), but the others will lose.

Pardon my editing of your post, but I have seen the games from beginning to end and I have removed all the things that were not accurate in your list. I hope you do not mind, but I feel that Cole is a great enough character to be done justice, even if it is a devolve

Now I am not familiar with most of the characters in that list, so I can not really say how he would do in this gauntlet. I suppose he could beat Albert Wesker, Master Chief and Link. Those are funnily enough also the only three that I know of
