Deathlok before he joined X-Force.

Whichever.

Sister Superior. I don't think I see Deathlok trading blows with Superman or Ultraman any time soon.

Depends on the version of Deathlok, some just shut her down with technopathy, hack her systems with nano-bots, or shuts her down with emps.

I'll begin with the Ultraman one- in the JLA Syndicate Rules storyline, she got assigned to the Earth team to hold off the CSA while the JLA was in their universe. Vera here was the one who ended up having to fight Ultraman himself, and did successfully hold him off with her blasters.

In her first appearance, the one the pic in the first post is from, she took charge of the Elite and fought the JLA for the purpose of fooling Gaia. The outcome was set from the beginning, but over the course of the fight her attacks left burns and bruises on Clark, and the hits Superman landed on her were enough to cause major damage to the environment/ground, making big faults in the street and such.

Oh yea, she also one-shotted Plastic Man with a sonic attack, and took down Alan Scott with a drug attack on a different occasion (she was under cover as a villain with drug powers).

She's a herald level cyborg in short.
