Hmm this is a harder one, I know Marvel's Immortus is insane when it comes to Time feats. I'm gonna go with Team Marvel, just because of him.

Prep-Man
Rip Hunter would probably cancel him out. He's pretty hardcore. I mean, just look what he did to Mr. Mind. The Multiversal one.

True but Immortus was responsible for HoM Wanda and she was an omniversal power.

Prep-Man
Well, this is a prep war, so it would be hard for Immortus to even locate Rip.

Mindset
Doom isn't really a time traveler, I mean, he has time traveled, but you know.

What I'm trying to say is, Rip Hunter kills Kang and Doom oneshots everyone.

Bentley
Immortus and Kang have multiversal feats under their belts, they can absorb the living energy of other time travellers and finish this quickly, I don't think the others will even know that can be done. ermm

Rip comes from the Time Masters and Walker had similar tech, IIRC.

Bentley
Really? Good to know several companies write the same nonsense stick out tongue

It's hard to pit Rip against Immortus since they are both master manipulators and not exactly fighters. The Kang team could just bust the time-stream open, they've done it already -twice-, but again, it really depends in what kind of battle they settle on fighting.

Actually, Rip is an excellent hth fighter. He's trained from every era in history.

I was having a hard time getting a couple time travelers from Marvel. Seems DC does time travel a bit more.

abhilegend
Where's waverider?

Prep-Man
I didn't want to get too cosmicy. Isn't he really powerful?

Yeah, most time-travellers are just Kang wearing another costume stick out tongue

There is Reed's father who is a prominent time-traveller, the Guardians of the Galaxy and other future characters time-travel, there is Chronos -who created Drax-, but they are not all time travellers in the same sense Immortus is.

Prep-Man
I could have also included Rex Tyler, but that wouldn't be fair.

Yeah, I just wanted strictly time travelers like DC has above. Any other time travelers? I looked at Marvel's wiki, but most of them are just Kang. stick out tongue

Bentley
There is Terminatrix and there is Zarkko the Tomorrow man, you could count Alioth as a Time-traveller too if you wanted to, but he's a little abstact-ish.

indeed

marvel wins this

I love the fact you used the Master of the World, but he is NOT a time-traveler. He's just 40,000 years old.

JakeTheBank
Team Doom.

MF DELPH
Metron shows up and teabags everyone.

Bentley
Immortus has better feats than Metron shifty

abhilegend
^Better than Worloggog!

Bentley
It's multiversal feats are as good 131

Prep-Man
Please, that's going a little overboard. Metron would probably tool Immortus. I think Hourman would as well. Same with Rip. But Rip's encounter would be a little interesting.

Bentley
Why so? I mean, Immortus created two multiversal artifacts under his own power and made HoM Wanda, he's pretty much up there at personal feats.

JakeTheBank
How did Immortus make HoM Wanda?

Bentley
Pumped her with the power of several nexus being he eliminated methodically if I recall correctly.

Well, Metron was the first and only being who sensed Shadow Oblivion. And was the one who orchestrated it's defeat. This being was a threat to the whole metaverse. All the dimensions, universes, etc...

I was having a hard time thinking of another time traveler! stick out tongue

So it was deliberate then? Cool.

Was this in a HoM back up or another title?

Kang defeated Alioth who was eating every timeline he absorbed while getting rid of the Council of Kangs, all by building a machine.

Back in West Coast Avengers.

Oh, okay, gotcha.

Now I'm second guessing if Wanda actually kept that upgrade after Immortus lost it, I better go recheck it.

I guess it would be closer than I thought, but Metron is still smarter. So, I'll take him.

Galan007
Team Marvel wins.

...Rip puts up one hell of a fight, though.

Yeah, Metron is smarter, Immortus just has quasi-abstract powers because of his time-manipulation skills. They are actually similar personality-wise.

Kang/Immortus is among the best non-to-a-stupid-level-genius preppers of comicdom. Rip would be among those too.

anyone an expert on the linear men? how would they stand against team marvel? galan?

Galan007
Sans Waverider, the Linear Men are really nothing special. Hell, Rip was able to imprison the entire lot of them by himself.

Glorificus
Immortus + Doom + Kang... Marvel takes it.

Thought so. Waverider was going to be on the list, but thought it would be unfair. Perhaps, I should have placed him instead of that loser, Chronus. Per Degaton can definitely make it interesting, IMO.

I would have REALLY liked to see you include Epoch, though. /shrug

Per Degaton coupled with Rip (especially Rip) are enough to make the Marvel team work for the win, but not enough to tip the scales. They can only do so much, after all.
