What feats do the cubs have?

If Cold killed 10 a second it would take him more than 6000 years to kill them all. Even if we allow for the option of him never needing food, sleep or bathroom breaks, he would still be long dead from old age before he got anywhere close to killing them all.

And what toll would that have on his conscience?

More than he could bare.

Cold would put himself into stasis and wait until the original cubs die of old age.

Frankly, Cold isn't very young, but lions die of old age before he does.
