spidey villain or daredevil villain?

Remember how hard it was for DD to put TS down? Classic KP will put up a fight, but no PIS a trained peak human shouldnt stand a chance against someone with super strength and diamond hard skin.

Tombstone can apparently survive high caliber bullets, great impact force, and temperatures as hot as 1,200 degrees Fahrenheit and as low as -80 degrees Fahrenheit without sustaining injury. Plus he can lift 6 tons.

No. But you don't have any proof it's the same. Does he use it like a cutting laser? Or does he use it like a blaster rifle? Because standard cutting lasers aren't usually visible either are they?
