Dude who made Amazo ftw. TO Morrow's biggest achievement is, what, helping to make Genocide?

Ivo. Even Red Tornado wouldn't be what he is without his elemental aspect.

Ivo makes stronger androids, TO Morrow makes smarter ones.


Overall I'd say TO Morrow is smarter, but Ivo's creations definitely win in a fight.

He also helped make Tomorrow Woman, and made a device to look into the future where he got a lot of his knowledge.

Plus that space-maker thingy he used on Black Adam in 52.

Then who created his soul? I thought Morrow did, but got the idea from Magnus.

He just...popped in. No-one created him, IIRC
