You realize that cable under technovirus influence is beyond peak human. Also if you take away tp/tk then he goes full technovirus mode and that would be a near instawin for someone of Cable's skills against someone like DS.

Yeah, Deathstroke is far above peak humans. I say he has his good 2.5 - 3 tons strenght and reflexes which are 10 times faster then these from ordinary humans.
Cable without TK / TP would have some serious problems in this one.

No wait, Deathstroke is thinking 10 times faster then ordinary humans. I'm not sure about his reflexes right now, but they should be higher then Cables for sure.

Deathstroke can't even handle batman.... Cable wins.

Cables technovirus arm is a 10 tonner iirc and the rest of his body is still under minor influences and while not quite as strong he is definitely capable of giving DS a match in terms of fisticuffs. Also he's been doing his thing basically from birth to current time. The dude has some serious skills under his belt and it shows relatively consistently.

Basically this seems to be a mutant messiah Cable vs Deathstroke as Cable's power was essentially spent.

Still have to side with Cable. IMO the lifetime of constant gorilla warfare and "hopeless" fights against consistently proven superior opponents makes him a bit better than DS IMO.

I knew you would put that up, but then again there has been hmmm... 2? other fights with batman soundly beat DS.

I think more recently (before reboot) Batman would beat Slade and people lower on the bat family totem pole has given him trouble.

Which fights were those?

The one in Detective wasn't so much a fight as it was Slade dismissing Batman and attempting to fulfill a contract.

And the one in Infinite Crisis was Batman and Co. working together to beat him.

Batman's gotten better since that Wolfman penned fight, sure, but so has Slade.

But if you buy into Slade holding toying with Cassandra Cain, imo that's even more impressive, as I believe she could wipe the floor with anyone not named Danny Rand...

I guess it comes down with what one considers standard gear for Cable since his weapons range from far future shoulder guns, to small present handguns..

Batman yes. Steve hell no. Yeah he's so beyond that he was titled almost super human. LOL.

And he so beyond Bruce that Batman KOed him. Bwahahaha.

Slade. He`s got 10 ton strength feats and near ls movement feats. I think his staff and his grenades would be far too much for cable. Hell,. he couldn`t handle a single grenade imo. Just one KOd Superboy.

Cable, has accesses to more, and better armament than Slade. On top of his 10 ton strength, and bullet time reaction. And he recently took out Ironman.
