Assuming it's standard Sentry, then I honestly think Billy is superior to either man; it's just a question of whether Mon-El can hold his own.

I would give it to Marvel, since I see Sentry and Gladiator working very well together as a team.
If they're all at their peak, I don't see why Sentry shouldn't be able to heal Gladiator passivly (which could be debatable) and make Gladiator believe that he is the most powerful on the battlefield. Gladiators confidence would be high the entire time and he would not become a weak link in the process.

Do Captain Marvel and Mon-El have a high resistance to matter manipulation? If not, they would have a hard time in this one.

Captain Marvel's superior to both Glads and standard Sentry.

And yes, Cap has extraordinary resistance to matter manipulation...not that standard Sentry goes around matter manipulating people.
