With and without rings...

I've never seen Mongul or Mongul Jr (unamped) as Superman's equal without some sort of prep. I guess I'd consider Ultraman the same, except that Ultraman won't hold back at all.

With rings...Hard to say. I need to look back on his feats with rings.
