Angered easiest? Maybe Black Adam. Look at him the wrong way and he might kill you.

Who gets the most angry? I guess probably Hulk.

It has to be Hulk. Why? Because if he's not pissed off, there's no Hulk. So, Hulk is pissed off 100% of the time.
