The theory: Pocket Universe Superboy has all of Pre Crisis Superboys feats, because he's designed to replace PC Superboy in all appearances.

The problem: All appearances of PC Superboy later replaced with Mon El after Pocket Universe Superboy died. Does this make Mon El pre crisis level? (Keep in mind Superman defeated Mon El in Eclipso: The Darkness Within 02)

Pocket Universe Superboy was clearly more powerful than post crisis Superman, but Pre Crisis Superboy powerful? I'm skeptical.

On the other hand, this is Superboy Prime he's facing, who's also <<< Pre Crisis Superboy.


Who wins?

^ That was not untill the zero hour reboot. Pocket dimension superboy was created by Time trapper who survived COIE without being affected and changed history such that whenever Legion time travelled in past they went to the pocket universe and it was this superboy who went with them in their adventures. Pocket dimension superboy wins. Yes Mon-el was at PC level before zero hour, he moved a star from one solar system to another and was throwing moons on Time trapper when he killed him under his own power which is as uber as you can get if you know anything about Time Trapper.
