There was one thread that people thought that Superman would not only beat Apocalypse, but Magneto as well, all by himself.

Apocalypse gets destroyed.

Apoc wins Scenario 1, dies in all others.

Superman wins a clean sweep

post reboot supes v.s. apoc would be a decent fight but supes crushes in the other fights because apoc just is'nt at that power level despite what he looks like on paper.
