He can do it as much as he pleases, Genis can keep BFRing. He routinely teleports big groups of people and he never runs out of power. Furthermore, he can render himself completely undetectable... what will Lobo do then?

If he bfrs him then that could be a problem, but as far as the undetectable thing, I'm not sure that would be a problem for Lobo. He routinely tracks people across galactic distances by scent, so I don't see how he could miss someone in his immediate vicinity. So barring BFR, I think that Lobo takes this.

All I can imagine is Lobo grabbing Genis, and kneeing him in the head until it was sticking out of his ass. Lobo doesn't fight fair, and his tactics are unconventional.

He would never touch him. He would be BFRd immediately. Cosmic Awareness so, no catching him by surprise.

Actually if I remember correctly, they both ended up as heads. Then the Mask got a whole new body out of nowhere and used a funnel to make Lobo literally eat his own words. The Mask won the encounter.
