Daniel Craig In Talks For Five More 'Bonds'

Daniel Craig as James Bond is likely to remain familiar to moviegoers for another five big screen outings, according to media reports.

Craig, currently shooting the latest Bond outing and his third as the title character, Skyfall, is in talks with franchise producer Michael G Wilson to sign up as Bond is shooting its 23rd installment.

Let's be honest, if Bond 23 does as badly as Quantum of Solace Daniel CRaig will not be staying on in the role.

I cannot see the franchise lasting that long if Craig is left in the role. He is by far the worse 'actor' to play Bond. And all those people who say he is close to the way Flemming wrote the character have clearly never read the books.

actually that honor would go to Brosnan as the worst actor.He was wooden as hell thats why many people were not unhappy at all when they got rid of him.

matter of fact this message board seems to be the only one i go to where i dont see many people ragging on him,just about all others i go to they talk aboout how much they hated him and were glad to see him gone.

Brosnan is a far better actor than Craig. I have never seen someone as wooden as Craig and I cannot wait until we get a better actor in the role of Bond.

I don't mind ANY of the actors they have all done well with the character, i just want to see it get back to the gadgets and the world crisis or domination. At least Q is in skyfall so that is a plus, they should of got John Cleese back (if he wanted)

Wooden isn't a synonym for somber and serious. Craig is a great actor, he just isn't a dated, ridiculous, over the top and campy James Bond like all the previous incarnations...

and good riddance, who wants to see that?

The only bond film I liked was the first of Dan's bond Casino royale. I really don't mind if he stays. I think he did a well enough job.

Craig is great. And Bond films need to ground the guy in the gritty realism we saw him in QuantumOS.

He isn't the problem it's the writers.

i read something from Gary Oldman with him doing his new spy movie, talking about the Ian Fleming novels he's read a couple and he even says Daniel Craig's version od bond is probably what Fleming had in mind.

No. Probably cuz of the way they portrayed him as this invincible,cocky womanizer. In Casino, he would make mistakes and get defeated (in a way) and you would feel for him. He seemed more human, I think.It's not the actors, it's the writers, like the ninjak said.

Thats great news. Craig is my favorite Bond actor after Roger Moore and Sean Connery.

Hmm..another 5 movies after Skyfall will take him to 8 and make him the longest serving actor in the franchise...I can deal with that!

With Skyfall being extremely successful at the box offixe like it has been,anti Craig fans are not happy that Skyfall has done so well obviously. One said earlier that Craig wont be back if Skyfall bombs at the box office.well it hasnt bombed and is STILL doing well so I wonder what he's going to do now.Probably going to have to pull the hair out of his head and anger and frustration now like I mentioned earlier.

If you are truly happy having a wooden emotionless robot in one of cinemas best roles you are dumber than I thought possible.

Daniel Craig is by far the best Bond. I never liked the others.

Hopefully Bond doesn't almost crash and burn again like it did with QOS. At least Skyfall was good. Craig isn't my favourite by any means but he does the job well enough.

somone ehere is mad and throwing things at the wall crying now that this movie did so well at the box office and Craig will be in serveral more Bond movies.

Moore and Connery are still the best though.

I think Craig is the best Bond ever! I was never interested in the films until I saw Casino Royale. I credit Daniel Craig for igniting my interest in the franchise.

Im shocked to hear you dont like the Classic Connery/Moore films.They rock.Like i said before,for me Connery and Moore are the only true James Bond actors.all the others are imposter wanna be's.But thats cool that you like Craig though.
