Both have a week of prep. Adam has his Soul Gem but no soul steal. Who takes this?

Problem is saying what they'd do with prep. Without a concrete plan from AW to overcome the power disparity, DS easy.

Well Warlock has had to prep for Thanos before he seems rather smart I think he could give DS trouble.
