Composite superman? You mean the guy with the powers of entire LOSH. Thor gets beaten to a paste by a guy with the strength of three pc kryptonians.

Pick whichever one you like. I was thinking of the JMS version but you can go through the various incarnations.

King Thor (Early Reigning): Probably lose.
King Thor (Late Reigning): Could win, imo.
King Thor (w/ Mjolnir): Would win.
Rune King Thor: Would definitely win.
Thor (JMS run): Would lose, imo, but make it look good.
