1. Infinite Watch
VS
Justice League: Superman, Martian Manhunter, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern/Rayner, Flash, Batman

2. Annihilators
VS
Rainbow Brigade

All teams compete in a football game, American football not that pansy assed soccer crap. The winners of the first two games play for the title. Preliminary games take place on Mojo's world in the Marvel Universe, the championship game is on Warworld in the DC Universe. Teams must have one coach, one quarterback and whatever combination of recievers and running backs they wish. To compensate for powers the size of the field is scaled up 100 times. Ref's are all from the Neutral Impact comics Universe.

If Flash is serious, he'd be in the end zone before Gamora/Thanos knew the ball was snapped.

Also, manipulating reality has to be some sort of penalty.

Well Brock, how does manipulating reality/ time have anything to do with football? Thats kind of retarded.

Also, none of that would matter, Flash doesn't have to beat anyone down, or KO anyone. He just have to be handed the ball and run. That's it. No one tackles him.

Also, if they're able to use the infinity gems to do things that they rarely did in the comic, then Flash can use speed steal, speed lending, sf dump, lightspeed prep, ect... all of which he has done on panel. By putting The Flash in a football game, you tip it in the favor of whatever team he's on imo.

Also, manipulating reality has to be some sort of penalty. Of course Flash has super speed. But that doesn't allow him to hear things before they're said, he would hear the snap at exactly the same time as Thanos or Gamora.

And just who do you think would react faster lol?

Lord Feron
Sans messing with reality and gamora mastering the time Gem, Flash Will be enough to win any football game. Same with Surfer.

Are exotic powers blocked? Can you outright attack each other? Can shields be made to prevent access to endzone?

Sirius77
Yeah, I was seeing this as a football game. I dont think it would devolve into a bar fight, as this is not hockey or rugby.

You make a good point. Flash stomps.

Flash is in the end zone before the sound (or light, for that matter) reaches Thanos/Gamora.

Or we can realize that the speed of sound and light are heavily distorted/ignored in comics.

Depending on which position he's playing one or two things would have to happen before Flash even gets the ball. If he's the running back then he has to wait for the the quarterback to receive the snap and then hand him the ball. None of those actions would be occurring at Flash speed, that gives their opponents plenty of time to adapt. If Flash is the quarterback and goes for the qb sneak, he still has to wait for the ball to be snapped to him. Another possibility would be for Moondragon to screw with his head and make his run the wrong way. MM could try the same strategy on the JLA team, then it would just come down to which team has the better psychic.

Superman plays Center, Flash is QB. Superman snaps the ball to Flash at FTL speeds, and Flash races into the end zone. All of this is done before any sound or light reaches any other player on the field.

If we want to use physics, which we already know don't come into play in comics.

When has thanos cut someone off of an entire dimension of power with the reality gem? Also, at what point will Moondragon have time to do this if flash is running in a straight line? He reacts in pico seconds or less, she doesn't.
