Look like they're related.

Well, they're both psychics with TP and TK. I don't know how strong Primus is in that area, but I'll just assume he can hold his own.

However, strength wise, Primus is a squishy with normal Euphorian strength, which is roughly comparable to a human's, while Maxima is a high level bruiser.

So Maxima wins.
