This would be a great fight, but Zealot and Backlash would win.

I have to go with Zealot and Backlash, barring exotic stuff from Elektra.

Going with Elektra and DD for the majority. It's not a fair fight, Backlash was an over the will wash up with one leg before the DC annexed Wildstrom characters (even in his prime a powerless Grifter was able to stalemate him), and both DD and Eletkra can take the majority from Zealot.

If it is the most recent Backlash, then Daredevil and Elektra practically stomp the Wildstorm team.

I just assumed Prep-man didn't want a mismatch, so I thought he meant prime Backlash.

Granted, Elektra and Daredevil still have good odds there too.
