the heroes win.........seeing as how on this scale, they are all pretty much interchangeable

CoIE Heroes had Spectre. AM was Multiversal. Thanos with the IG is just Universal and a nonfactor here. He would need the HOTU.

Both sets of heroes would lose in straight-up fights. DC heroes have a chance if this is IG Thanos w/o omniscience or precognition. Marvel heroes have a chance if they get to mess around with Anti-Monitor's technology.

Just out of curiosity, but didn't the IG faced abstract beings and not just heroes?As for this thread.Those 2 sets of heroes wont stand a chance against either baddy.
