Tough. For me, Deathstroke is what has me on the fence, but I'm still going to go with team Marvel for this one.

I just judged based on the characters that I did know, and Marvel came out on top. I'd love to see some different opinions though.

You did not make these teams even at all. You made an entire meta team with one street leveler against primaryly street team witha few meta's. it not fair teams in the slightest.

Funny because there number of characters that his reference could be made for. Lobo done it, warblade, Wolverine, Sabre-tooth, Deadpool ect.

You didn't give Marvel's team any realiable way to deal with Warblade.

deathstroke is too overated IMO
