I'm going to have to go with Hank.

It's between Stark and Banner.

Banner, in the recent years, showed that he can do CRAZY SHITS with prep.

On the other hand, Stark and Reed Richards are BFF, and even the best showings of Banner isn't on par with the regular stuffs from Reed.
