Team 2, pretty easily. I think both T2 members are significantly stronger than either T1 members.

The one from Gen13 or a diff book?

It's either classic Fairchild, or DCnU Fairchild... who seems to be as strong as classic Fairchild.

Come to think of it, either in team 2 would solo.
