Team 1 because of Thanos. Thanos has gone up against Skyfather level beings (DP Tyrant, Odin, Maker) and is a legitimate team buster (he's gone up against the likes of the Avengers with Thor in the roster).
DP is the heavy hitter for Team 2 and despite having some nice feats (best being devouring a star by making it go nova) she hasn't really gone up against anyone in Thanos' league (the best was Prof. X).

If it's Afro Magus, I see Team 1 winning more often than not, unless Magus is more vulnerable to TP than Thanos.
