Cap. He's one of those characters, like WW, that on their own may not be all that impressive, but they have plenty of mystical gear which would enable them to fight above their weight class.

... Aqua man should be ranked in the same class as submariner. To think he doesn't do well here is like saying manor would do badly. (taking away te telepathic stuff) or is there something about the reboot showings I don't know about since I haven't read any of them?

Not really because Namor and Aquaman are not the same character. Namor would be a larger problem to Brian than Arthur would be, due to his strength. Whereas the reason that Arthur would give Namor fits would be due to TP assault, and not strength. Namor is also capable of flight, AM does not fly.

Yes, but Aquaman has TP he can rely upon. Which could be the deciding factor.

Not sure AM can be up and down. Slight edge to CB due to his toys.

CB is immune to TP assualts, so basically AM is f**ked!!
