Spider-man and Wolverine need a plot device or scenario match to even take 1/10.

The key words here are "to some extent." With no buildings around, he's limited to jumping. He doesn't jump as high or as fast as Tony flies, and he has to land. Not only is that a huge problem, its an insurmountable one.

Can Logan cut through IM's suit?

Wolverine can jump 50 feet... in the air.

This fight is evened out greatly

If given the opportunity yes, but Tony has a variety of force fields and magnetic fields he can implement that would prevent that from happening even if - for god only knows what reason - he decided he wanted to melee Logan.

In a forum, Tony should win every time. In a practical sense, this fight causes some problems for him, because it would be hard to put Logan down permanently from a distance, and to hit Pete from a distance. And there is a chance the duo could work any close proximity to their advantage.

If we take off any CIS and let this be a long, boring distance fight, Tony 10/10. Depending on scenario, setting, tactics, etc. it could be as few as 7/10.

Tony should win the majority with a few notable losing scenario like spideys modified fastball special that downed ragnarok (subbing ironfist for wolvie)

Iron Man for the vast majority. Without plot device or PIS, it's bordering on downright spite.

He has magnetic field generators for Wolverine.

Not that it matters, since there's always the flight + rays/bolts/uni-beam combo...

Mind Shut down sonics + Magnetic field generators + Spidey Sense = Tony winning.

Also, Tony has pulse bolts which are actually more effective the farther he is from his target. So distance is not really a problem for him.

Are you really counting the spidey sense?

If this would be without flight I think it would be about even, but with flight I have to give it to Iron Man

Ironman stomps and badly at that. His versatility is insane. Recently, didn't he do an omni blast IIRC?

How are they getting past IM shields that stopped Nukes? Then he have omni blast, Magnetic attacks, Spider Sense, invisibility, super strength, can shoot from his chest, back, hands, legs and shoot blasts near the temperature of the sun. They don't stand a chance and what I've listed is only a small portion of his power. Ironman is one of the most versatile character in comics.

About the fight, Ironman wins 10/10 even without flying. He have speed and massive strengh advantage.

Did Wolverine just recover and fight after these attacks, or were they continuous? With canine hearing the sonics should be torturous. And his healing factor will constantly heal the cochlear inside Logans eardrum so the pain won't stop. Also such devastating pain completely wrecks a person's balance. Ironman shocked Juggernaut into torture with sonics, the idea of Logan just bracing himself and fighting through, sounds like terrible writing and the the writer should be shot.
