Fury-Cheetah isn't actually stronger than normal Cheetah. She was just using Fury as an alternate power source to return to Cheetah mode when Sebastian had the normal Cheetah power.

Hm, and I guess she does have the wings which she's flown with, so that is a mobility boost.

Still, Thor for the majority. She may get in some nasty wounds thanks to speed and agility, but he'll fight through it and win most of the time.
