IMHO, Team 2 is screwed right from the start. Zuras (didn't forgotten one beat this guy?) and Kronos (he exhausted himself dealing with Drax and Moondragon!) are weaksauce.

So it's Team 1 vs Team 3 basically. And Odin is the most powerful guy here.

Odin > Stranger
Utatu >= Serpent (this guy was full of suck)
Grandmaster > Thor.

I'm giving it to Team 1, 6.5/10, but it would be a close fight every time.
