spiderman had pathetic loses to scorpion,lizard,dr. octopus, and kraven the hunter. wolverine who greater than kraven would kill spiderman. besides this fight already happen and spiderman was to wimpy to break wolverines neck.

if you can keep Anti-Venom from "curing" The Spiders team....Especially Venom and Carnage and if you can keep spidy far enough away from Anti-Venom so his powers are not decreased then the spiders win....
