Is this Sabretooth with adamantium or not

Lizard in monster mode rips him into little bits.

Lizard makes him work hard for it, but Creed is just to much.

Don't see that happening, adamantiumless Creed is still very durable and even before the Weapon X upgrade he healed lacerated wounds faster than Wolverine.

And unless SB can HF his way out of being ripped into dog food chunks... I don't see it.

Creed has superhuman strength as well that was further augmented over the years.

He actually could come back from that. Not that Lizzy would be able to do that to him.

Current SB was shanked by Logan at his own party and couldn't get up.

Current Lizard is a giant Lizard, who eats humans (his own family).

One showing. In the earlier appearance he got up very quickly after receiving puncture wounds to the brain and throat through spinal cord, Logan's claws exiting from the back of his neck... not to mention damage done to the other organs when Logan cut him up from behind.
