the way danny is written now he should win

Danny will absorb him.

He's shown he can absorb his explosion before, now that he's stronger he'll do it without it being a double ko.

That's what I was thinking too..

Than again, that might kill him, and Danny has a code against killing like most heroes.. So he might just tank it.

Even 1976 Danny would have been able to survive and heal from some explosions.

That's a walking nuke he's fighting without a rad suit, btw.

Yeah I'm thinking after the train feat showed he's gotten better at it, he'll simply absorb the entire explosion just fine.

He'd kill Nitro. He's been willing to kill people who theres no hope for, after what Nitro did in civil war. Danny would kill him.
