You'll see super soldiers with something akin to healing factors around 2070 or so. So I'll say watered down versions of Wolverine is most realistic. Bane is all but certain to happen.

By 2028 they predict that we'll be on our way to regrowing limbs by developing drugs that make our cells simulate embryonic stem cells...

1. Green Arrow
2. Batman
3. Punisher

You want some with superhuman abilities?

MAYBE......

1. Captain America (via steroid cocktail + training)
2. Bane (as stated earlier)
3. Cyborg (if cybernetics continue to advance)

I don't see Spidey happening, nor Wolfie (come on, he regenerates from anything). Definitely don't see Cyclops or Prof X happening.

Well eventually there will be "telepathy" of sorts on a rudimentary level. As technology developes we will get to the point where conversations, data sharing etc via some sort of implants will be possible. With that comes the inevitable hacker that will have implants that can jack other peoples shyte unbeknownst to the victim, much like hackers and identity thieves of today.

We also know (or think we know) that thoughts are transmitted via electrical impulses, so as neuro science advances there's no telling what will be possible. Combine that with advanced facial, voice and psychological que technology and I could see one day someone putting it all together as to mimic telepathy and even empathy in a sense.

Depends if Cylops' power has to come from his body or we can just build a visor with a laser beam in it and make somebody wear it
