I'm not sure who wins but I like Grood better..

But in a fight I would still pick Grood if he is as strong as some peeps say he is..

UH was able to fight the likes of Power Girl. And from beatbok's list of feats a lot smarter.

^Yup. He KOed PG with nothing but his fists. She had to toss him into a tank full of acid to incapacitate him.

Ultra is a better telepath. he's telepathically matched Brainwave Snr on several occasions. He telepathically took over and controlled several heroes ( three of whom had TP resistance) from another dimension ( Limbo) and across time.

BW has been able to TP push the Spectre ( Classic Corrigan) to to do as he wanted and leave at the same time as plant a suggestion in ALL the JSA. H'e also cast TP projections and illusions all over the planet from orbit.

Ultra is Stronger. he genetically altered the DNA of the white ape so that it would physically match his mental power and accuety. Aside from beating PG to a pulp he has physically matched E-2 Superman and modern.

I'd also say he's smarter, and a LOT better at prep. Ultra has soloed the JSA, the All Star Squadron, Infinity Inc, the JSA and Inf Inc, Inf Inc and the Titans all with prep. He played with the cosmic balance so as to erase heroes from existence. Time manipulated to make himself the worlds master. Acquired artifacts like the powerstone and the hammer of Thor ( more like a mace really) and was thwarted at the last moment from obtaining the Helm of Nabu to give himself power (which is how he originally gained his mental powers or TP TK etc). Created a temporary blood crazed insanity in his adversaries in the JSA to pit them against their children ( in his words who ever won he did as the winner would be so wracked with guilt over killing their child/parent they would never oppose him). Not to mention stole the power of the 5th dimensional Djinn Thunderbolt and taken over DC earth and made every hero and villain his slave and soldier under his total domination.

I seriously fail to see what Grodd is going to do to win.
