Deathstroke. Ga "beat" him with a large amount of prep once, byte even so ds came back and schooled him and black canary at the same time. In a one on one fight, regular equipment, Slade would probably evade or deflect every single arrow ga shot. he basically does in all their encounters, which are never straight up one on one fights.

I'm just using DCnU versions.

I won't even sit here and pretend to know dcnu ga feats, but unless hes been physically upgraded, and his arrows are somehow faster, I don't see him winning.

Green Arrow is being completely changed up. Very high showings.

he also owns some of the best tech and faced a robot that casually threw a loading dock at him. not saying he wins, but it is faaar from a stomp.

He also shrugged of a gunshot wound to the head.

Sorry Prep-Man, Green Arrow probably does stomp.
