This is feats vs. implied skill. Ollie has more feats though...more opportunities since he was on TV.

If anything, you're probably thinking of the fact that Green Arrow, in the comics prior to the reboot, was once thought to have possibly been a metahuman. Nowadays, he's definitely exhibiting some stuff that's beyond the norm of a non augmented human.

Ultimate Hawkeye had enhanced vision.

Ollie wins. The guy dodged bullets from point blank range and could shoot arrows on a specific point on a rotating daily planet globe from several blocks away IIRC.

Hawkeye made an impressive shot with that when he planted that bomb on the Hellicarrier

Ollie historically has been so accurate that when coming back from massive injuries was irate that his shot was off by "a few millimeters".

Gimmick arrow Ollie wins due to absurdity.

Serious Ollie (longbow hunters) wins cuz he was a badass.

Hawkeye. Dude can shoot speeding alien cycle's without looking.

Purple Arrow vs Green Arrow, both banging blondes with bird code names, but the one Clint is banging is a real blonde who won't kill you while screaming in bed.
