The Celestials (all of them from current 616 continuity) arrive in the DC universe. Their goal to conquer it and make them worship them as gods. 5th dimensional Imps, and the Spectre sit this one out. The only defenders of DC are as follows:

The JLA (all members)
Teen Titans
All GL Corps of all colors
Sodam Yat Ion
Nekron
Guardians of the Universe
New Genesis
Apokolips
All of earth's mages
The Marvel Family
New Krypton (100,000 Kryptonians)
SBP
Daxam
Ares

PillarofOsiris
I would love to see this in an actual comic.

zopzop
You wouldn't even need the entire Celestial race. Any one of the Hosts (especially the Second Host that had both Tiamut and Arishem in it) would wipe the floor with Team DC.

iceman24567
Not even any prep?

quanchi112
Celestials stomp. Just too powerful for the dc forces to even contend with.

Sin I AM
DC needs something like the old gods or am angel to make it even

PillarofOsiris
There is a HECK of a lot of firepower on DC's team, but against ALL THE CELESTIALS.... That's insane. I still think it would be a cool fight to see, but I highly doubt DC could even come close to winning this. One thing that might even it out would be to also add in all the PC counterparts of all the DC characters as well. Then again, I'm not really sure how many Celestials there are, so it still might be uneven.

lilshogun
This is a hostile takeover. DC earth is doomed.

Not really. Most of those teams are fodder

Black bolt z
Aren't there like...millions of celestials? Yeah DC is screwed.

Slaanesh
Celestials stomp..they don't even need the whole race..a host is enough to beat this team..

BullwinkleMoose
Does New Genesis get the Worlogog to use vs the Celestials?

Can the Miracle Machine be use?

AsbestosFlaygon
Worlogog, Father Box, Nabu, etc.

But against ALL CELESTIALS FROM 616?
I don't think that's enough firepower to take them all at once.

Without The Spectre and 5D Imps (DC's trump cards), the universe is will be taken over by the Celestials.

Sixth_Winged
Dc has a chance with Nekron against the host imo. But against all of them at once...mmmm...don't know..

AsbestosFlaygon
Nekron, the New Gods (with their equipment), and the Mages (Nabu, Zatara, Mordru, Shazam, Annataz, etc.) have a good chance.

But against thousands, if not millions, of Celestials, I'm not sure.

Galan007
The Worlogog is allowed? If so the DC team takes it.

rotiart
Anyone havee a scan feat of this worlgog thing?

Don't forget the Angels.

With a small fraction of the Worlogog, Hourman M* stops the Big Bang of a Universe, by freezing it forever in time:

With an incomplete Worlogog, Extant collapses the timestream and creates a universe:

The 'gog is essentially DC's version of the IG.

Celestials aren't beating Miracle Machine + Warlogog

They can if they separate the artifacts from the DC side.

Worlogog+miracle machine ftw.

Scathan gets wished away. Also he's not from 616 reality.

rotiart
So the worlogog is kind of like saying... I've got the entire Phoenix force... Whatcha wanna do about it...

They can mess with all of time and space... Geez...

Has anyone used it in combat though? Seems like having it might just be too difficult to use as a weapon based upon those scans. I mean I saw the part where time was screwed but wouldn't that be a total screw to both sides?

TheMask
Celestials. Also the philosophy stone doesnt just work as a wishing machine you have to make sense with your wish. It just doesnt work like OK I WANT THE CELESTIALS TO TURN INTO A PEANUT BUTTER SANDWHICH (WHATEVER GUYS WHATEVER) It has to make sense for how they die or lose.

There is no way in hell that item is wishing away a guy that halted and then restrained a being that was more powerful than the combined power of the LT/Eternity/Hawk God/Post Retcon Beyonder

This, however, is true.

When was he shown to be that powerful?

It wished away entire monitor race and restarted entire DC omniverse.

Really? Because when the Joker had it, he was just making wishes like there was no tomorrow, I didn't see any limitations then....

I mean I saw the part where time was screwed but wouldn't that be a total screw to both sides? Extant used it in battle on several occasions when he possessed it. Unlike the IG, which requires its user to adapt to its omnipotence at their own pace (which can be a slow process depending on the user), the 'gog automatically upgrades its wielder, thus giving them full knowledge of it's capabilities, nigh-instantly:
http://i165.photobucket.com/albums/u43/Galan007/worlogog4.jpg

That's why Extant was able to do what he did (erase timelines/create a working universe) immediately after gaining the 'gog.

Like I said, it is essentially DC's version of the infinity gauntlet--actually, the infinity gauntlet is essentially Marvel's version of the Worlogog (the 'gog debuted first, after all.)

Anyway, it's crazily powerful.

Blight
It's Spite either way.

If the Worlogog is in play, its spite in favor of DC. If neither object can be used, its spite in favor of the Celestials.

Merlyn
DC wins.

Galan007
Sorry, should have been clearer. Back in the 70's the gems were referred to as the soul gems, and Thanos merely harnessed their latent energies to power one giant gem in hopes of extinguishing every star in the universe (pure weaksauce.) It wasn't until 1990, when Thanos gathered the retitled infinity gems, that he became a supreme being/confirmed universal power--and the infinity gems themselves also gained a more 'divine' origin. The latter is what I had in mind when I made the previous statement.

The 'gog first appeared in 1984, btw:

no 5th dimensional imps?
that sucks...
