Battlefield is on a junk filled beach.

Cap wins most with or without the shield. Ironically, the junk can just as easily be wielded to protect cap as it can as weapons for bullseye.

Bullseye was able to defeat daredevil once. He put the fear in the fearless one. Captain america can dodge everything from lazers to cosmic rays all except a bullet go figure and one shot completely destroyed and annihilated him. bullseye just needs one shot and its over.

1. He wanted to get hit, protected a police officer with his own body.

2. Sharon betrayed him while mind-controlled and shot him at point blank range with special bullets that put him in a time trap.

We've seen what happened when Bullseye last fought a real American, down Arizona way. Didn't go well for him.
